Service call that the Heat was not turning on. Spoke with Homeowners about issue and found thermostat in Emergency Heat Mode but the system was not running. Proceeded to the Air Handler in the Attic to diagnose. Found system was not running and was out on a Limit Error Code on the Emergency Heat Board. Checked system and found Air Filter was very dirty and clogged. Installed a new 20x25x1 Air Filter and reset system. Put system in operation and tested electric heat and heat pump. When measuring refrigerant levels found system pressures to be low. Also noted that system had leak dye in it. System previously had a leak after it was installed and leak due was added with refrigerant. Homeowners signed up for the service membership program and would like a full heating tune up on the system. They will add refrigerant to the system at that time.
