Performed ac tune up on rheem 2003 unit, found unit not working upon arrival, found thermostat off the wall, no low voltage power, air handler with hot water coil, found bad condensation pump switch, also thermostat needs to be replaced, unit takes 16x25x1 filter, could not check outdoor unit, outdoor unit is on top of the roof, there is no access from inside the apartment, 40 feet ladder is required, we will not be able Service this location to due to the height To get to the outdoor unit....No charge for today’s visit
