Customer propane boiler not heating, found boiler off upon arrival, thermostats are calling for heat but burners do not ignite. Check operation cleaned sensor and check incoming and manifold propane pressures, noticed incoming is 10 wc and when valve is energized It drops to 8 wc, check manifold and pilot would lit but not the burners, and manifold pressure is 7 wc. Increased manifold propane pressure to 13.5 inches wc now we have a drop when boiler start at 11.5 wc flow and 13.5 lock up, manifold pressure is set to 10 inches water column, would recommend contacting propane company to replace regulators both are probably over 20 years. When I arrived to site noticed water under boiler burners, after running boiler Here are a few drops coming down to the burners, informed customer about possible exchanger failure.
