Comfort problem, high electric bill, customer thinks might be coming from heater, upon arrival found heater set at 64 and room temp 67, start heater set to 68 heater came on and went off when temp 68 was reached, heater is located in the third floor and thermostat is located 1 floor, once temp 68 is reached goes to 90 seconds off delay, by the time 90 seconds terminates, Heater starts up again, would recommend replacing thermostat and possible, movimg stat to second floor
