No heat two system house two gas heaters and 2 ac units found both furnaces in the off position also gas off to heaters, start heaters and performed combustion test co levels within good range inspect both heat exchangers, smoke test and also performed heat exchanger test with blower on and off, during visual inspection did found lot of corrosion around the plate rings, and also on the back part, did not see any visual cracks but on my results with blower, there was change on oxygen and excess air when blower came on, and also oxygen went up by 2.5 percent, with this results shows that some air is getting into chamber, attention is needed on both furnaces, no visual cracks were found, but both heat exchangers showing change on oxygen and excess air, carbon monoxide in the exhaust is 43 for one and 18 on the other informed customer about situation, joe to come out tomorrow between 2 and 4 pm for house evaluation for proper system replacement proposal
