Upon arrival found boiler relief valve leaking, check water pressure and temp and found pressure reading 30 psi with temp at 180 check expansion tank and found no air inside tank filled with water, quoted to drained expansion tank at atmospheric pressure customer ok repairs, also made a note about some valves are old and shows signs of corrosion customer is aware after draining expansion tank performed combustion test and cycle boiler test limit ok currently water pressure is set to 12 psi and temps is registering 180 cycle boiler ok
