Performed oil boiler cleaning/tune up, cleaned heat exchanger and chimney base. Replaced oil filter pump strainer and nozzle, cleaned and readjusted electrodes. Check oil flow and test transformer ok performed combustion and smoke test, check water pressure and temp, test limit on aqua stat ok, water pressure is 17 psi, customer just replaced circulator pump I can still hear some air in hydronic loop, valves and piping is very old and looks like water has been leaking, all valves will be hard to open and close, both zones are still heating customer is aware of this condition, primary control is the old style would recommend upgrading to the new digital screen version. Boiler is very old overall condition is ok but would highly recommend boiler replacement to prevent any breakdowns.
