Found outdoor unit capacitor weak , replaced 35/5 440v capacitor. Also performed precision a/c tune up on amana a/c system. 16x25x1 air filter is clean. Checked all electrical conections and components. Blew out condensate drain and tested pump with water. Found pump saftey not tied in, and not other water protection, recommended wet switch. Also checked out outdoor a/c unit. Found that installing contractor just put a/c pad on top of exsisting pad and ground has shifted. Recommend pulling out old pad and using several existing bricks to re-level, homeowner is going to leave it go at this point. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. System is working fine at time of inspection.
