The old units were disconnected and removed from the home. Cut out all vinyl tubing and copper lines set going to the outdoor unit. Ran new line set and thermostat wires from indoor unit to the outdoor unit. Set new furnace in place and adapted the return duct to the furnace, set indoor coil on top of the furnace and adapted the existing plenum to the coil and sealed it up. Brazed in new line set with nitro to outdoor unit to the indoor unit, pressure tested it. Hooked up to existing gas line and ran new condensation pipes to new condensation pump, from pump we ran vinyl to sewer line and sealed it in place. Ran low volt to furnace, adapted the flu pipe and intake pipes to new furnace. Outdoor unit was set on new rocks and pad and was leveled, new disconnect box and whip install outside as well. Outdoor was put on vacuum down to 260 and then released the refrigerant into the system. We then tested out all operations and went over install with home owner.
