Performed Precision AC Tune Up on System. Checked 16x20x1 Air Filter. Cleaned Condensation Drain Line and Condensation Pump. Condensation Pump is cracked on the basin. This could leak as the pump fills with Water. Spoke with Homeowner about issue who is going to replace the pump himself. While testing the electrical Components, found the Dual Capacitor on the Outdoor Unit was testing below rating. Replaced the Dual 45/7.5 Mfd Capacitor and tested operation. Measured Refrigerant Charge on system. Refrigerant Pressure were fluctuating while the system was running. If the system was not properly installed and contaminants and/or moisture are in the system it would cause this fluctuation in Pressure. The system also appeared to be low on Refrigerant. If there is a leak in the system moisture and contaminants could be getting in. System is cooling but the Supply Temperature fluctuates about 5 Degrees +/- as the Refrigerant pressures fluctuate.
