Service call that the Second System for the Home was freezing up on the Indoor Coil. Inspected Indoor Coil to ensure that it was clean and free of debris. Poured Water Through Drain Pan to ensure that it was draining and not clogged. Drain Line was clear and condensation Pump was operating. Checked Blower Wheel and checked Fan Speed for Cooling which is set to High. Tested the Blower Capacitor which was rated for 5 Mfd but was testing very low at 1.3 Mfd. Also found the Fan - G Wire on the Control Board was loose. It appeared to still be making a connection, but the Terminal Screw was not tightened on it. Stripped wire and tightened into G Terminal. Replaced Blower Motor Capacitor and tested operation. Measured Refrigerant Charge on system. Refrigerant Pressures were slightly lower than normal, but Return Temperature was at 64 Degrees.
