Performed precision ac tune up on American standard ac. Replaced 16x25x1 air filter. Checked electrical components and connections. Blew out condensate drain and tested pump. Found pump saftey not tied in and no ez trap installed on drain line recommended. Also checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. Also found outdoor unit pad sinking and compressor a little noisy in its older age.
