Performed precision a/c tune up on luxaire a/c. Replaced 16x25x1 air filter. Checked all electrical conections and components. Blew out condensate drain. Tested condensation pump with water. Checked temperature split. Found weak 45/5 capacitor, replaced. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. A/c system is working fine at time of service. Also found 21 year old water heater in rough shape, recommended replacement, provided estimate to replace.
