Performed Precision Air Conditioning Tune Up on the First Floor and Basement Systems. Was informed upon arrival that the First Floor system was not cooling properly. Replaced the High Efficiency Air Filter for the First Floor System, and installed a Standard 1†Filter for the Basement System. Found both systems were low on Refrigerant. Also found Blower Capacitor for the First Floor System was testing below Rating. Both contactors for the First Floor Unit and the Basement Unit were very worn and pitted. Also found Dual Capacitor for the Basement Unit very rusted. The following repairs were presented to homeowner and completed: Add R-22 Refrigerant to system and Charge by Superheat. Install a new 30/5 Dual Capacitor,and a new Single Pole Contactor for the Basement System. Test operation upon completion. Add R-22 Refrigerant to the system and charge by Superheat. Replace Single Pole Contactor, and 10 Mfd Blower Capacitor for the First Floor System. Test operation upon Completion
