Pumped down unit and replaced liquid line. Brazed in with nitrogen and pressure tested to 300. Evacuated down to 375 microns. Released refrigerant and tested in cooling. Pressures looked fine. Tested in heating and head pressure increased to 650. Suction stayed around 150. Tried removing charge and found no change. Static pressure was 1.4inwc. Will advise customer on repair.
