Performed Precision AC Tune Up on American Standard System. Replaced 20x25x1 Air Filter provided by Homeowner. Cleaned Drain Line and Condensation Pump. Filled and tested operation of Pump. Condensation Pump Safety Switch has been disconnected, as was noted on prior visit. If the Pump becomes clogged and fails to pump out, it will overflow. Due to not knowing why the Pump Safety was disconnected, recommend installing a new 115 V Condensation Pump and Wiring into system. Would also recommend repiping the Drain Lines for the Dehumidifier and the Furnace Drain Line. An estimate was previously provided for the Furnace Drain Pipe. Inspected Electrical Components on Indoor Unit and Outdoor Units. Measured Refrigerant Charge on system. System is operating to standards at this time. While onsite, visually inspected Hot Water Heater. Was Heater is about 14 Years old. Rust is present at the bottom of the Water Heater by the Combustion Chamber Panel.
