Returned to site to reinstall the MV-4 Registers that were taken down on the Second and a Third Floor Rooms. Inspected Insulation around Flex Duct Work in Ceiling. Reinstalled the two MV-4 Registers for the two rooms on the Second Floor. The Registers for the Third Floor were broken and could not be reused. Installed MV-3 Registers for the two rooms on the Third Floor. All insulation was tight and packed in around the Flex Duct Work. Please note, Due to the location of certain Registers, the front facing “Wing Nut†Screw could be tightened due to the ceiling beams. All other screws were tightened and the Registers are secure.
