Heat tune up for 100K BTU natural gas furnace. Replaced 20x24x1 filter. Cleaned flame sensor. Checked hot surface ignitor resistance. Inspected burners and heat exchanger. Checked temp rise. Performed combustion test. Completed gas furnace inspection form. System is operating safely at design conditions at the time of this maintenance. Solenoid inlet fitting is broken. Humidistat is not able to control humidifier. Need to schedule service to wire humidistat and fix solenoid inlet. (Need nut and ferrule for 1/8†copper. Humidifier is not working.
