Upon arrival we noticed with customer water leaking from exhaust we replaced the section of piping that was leaking and took pictures we also replaced the air filter to a 20x25x4 the humidistat was falling out of duct work and sitting on top of unit we re attached the humidistat with duct board tape. Delta t downstairs 17 degreesEverything was then alright for downstairs system the upstairs heat pump filter was dirty and I washed that and put it back in. The condensate was unprotected and didn’t have any pitch in the drain and was level recommend a ez trap for condensate and wet switch for pan customer will hold off. Delta t for upstairs 18 degrees.
