Plan member AC maintenance for 2.5 Ton Amana system. Replaced Aprilaire 413 filter provided by homeowner. Tested condensate pump. Measured temperature split. Measured static pressure. Checked wiring, controls, electric motors and components. Both indoor and outdoor coils are in good condition. Checked refrigerant pressures and diagnostics: Good Air conditioner is operating well at the time of this maintenance.
