Performed Precision Air Conditioning Tune Up on System. Checked 25x25x1 Air Filter. Filter is clean and in good condition. Cleaned Condensation Drain Line and Condensation Pump. Filled and tested operation of Pump. Inspected Electrical Components on Indoor and Outdoor Units. Spoke with Homeowner about the Seal Tight that was loose around the Power Wire for the Outdoor Unit. The Seal Tight is broken where it fits into the Fitting at the Disconnect Box. Used Electrical Tape to Seal small section that had become exposed. Measured Refrigerant Charge on system. System is operating to standards at this time.
