Reclaimed and removed old equipment. Installed new leveled pad, disconnect, whip, line-set, and American standard 2 stage heat pump. Brazed lineset in with nitrogen. Installed new filter rack and placed new American standard air handler on top. Fabricated plenum and sealed all ductwork. Brazed in line-set and filter drier with nitrogen and pressure tested to 300 psi then evacuated down to 130 microns. Installed new ez trap and condensate pump. Ran new vinyl tubing to discharge. Installed new Honeywell t6 pro thermostats and programmed To system. Installed new zone panel and 2 zone dampers. Tested system in cool and adjusted refrigerant charge. Tested in heating and emergency heat. Tested pump. Zone panel was faulty from the factory will need to return to replace and test. System working great at time of install.
