Reclaimed and removed old ac and coil.removed old furnace and replaced the furnace with an American standard furnace on feet. Installed a new American Standard coil on top of heater and adapted all ductwork as needed. Installed a HE filter in the return and sealed all duct. Filter size 413 . Installed a new American standard ac unit on a new plastic pad and new disconnect box and electrical wiring to unit. Ran new copper lines and brazed and leak checked with nitro and soapy bubbles. Cut in new plastic pvc piping and ran to heater. Caulked around pvc. Installed a new condensate pump with new vinyl tubing. New condensate drain with ez trap wired in. Installed a reme and t9 thermostat. Adapted gas line and electrical wiring. Tested unit in all modes. Drained down and removed old hwh and installed a new Bradford white hwh with 2 new shut offs and an exspansion tank. Tested hwh and it is working good.
