Checked no heat complaint, found furnace switch off on first floor furnace, turned on, furnace started and ran. Checked air filter, getting dirty. Checked operation ok. Checked second floor furnace found furnace switch off. Turned furnace on, could heat banging coming from the furnace. Checked furnace, found off on limit. Reset limit. Furnace tried to light but a large flame roll out occurred. I can see soot in the primary heat exchanger. I recommend replacing furnace due to to scooted and restricted heat exchangers. Shut furnace off until repairs are made no heat on the second floor at this time.
