Found after hooking up gauges to thru the wall heat pump system, found head pressure climbing the whole way to 500 psi and shutting off. Found outdoor fan motor running but cutting out in the middle of a call. Fan motor and compressor were replaced by another company. Went to a different unit inside the building and checked how ecm fan moter was wired. ( could not find a schematic for this exact motor online). Changed wiring to match other apartment fan motor wiring now fan motor is staying on and system is cooling with a 15 degree split. Heat pump system is working at time of service.
