Perform plumbing maintenance inspection for customer today. Please refer to inspection sheets for further details. Customer was interested in replacing her toilets in the master bathroom. She’s had issues with it in the past, toilet is original to the house which was built 20 years ago. Also noticed the water pressure to the house is at 95 psi, per code, we want water pressure to be at 80 psi. Water heater is 20 years old. Informed customer that water heaters last between 10 and 12 years now. Gave customer options. Customer decided to go ahead and get water heater, prv, and toilet install. Will return Wednesday morning to perform work.
