Went for a maintenance call today for heat for two systems. Tested for static pressure system is passing when in heat for main floor and upstairs is at max. All electrical components are passing for manufacture specifications for both systems. Did a combustion test is within range for both units. Inspected heat exchanger no cracks/leaks were detected for upstairs unit. However main floor does have rust on chambers( no cracks/leaks).Temp split and is passing for specifications on both furnaces. Did replace filter for customer. Cleaned flame sensor and pressure switch hose. Both systems are up and running before departure. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann
