4/17/24 Sent out today to Mikes in regards to a saddle valve. Upon arrival I was greeted by Mike who I went over the purpose of today’s visit with and answered any immediate questions they had to help set expectations. Mike allowed me to run vitals on the house to make sure everything is in good shape since they just moved in. Mike is dealing with some water damage right now because his neighbors saddle valve broke and flooded the units. While at Mikes today I did help him get in contact with a water remediation company to help get this straightened out.
