Damper that control east offices needed to be adjusted. When the motor would open 100% it was actually beginning to close and restrict airflow again. I adjusted the damper and it is now flowing correctly.

Airflow blowing out the supply out duct is loud, and the offices spaces not cooling. Found the zoning damper calling for cooling, but the damper was staying closed causing high pressure airflow noise. Reset the damper and actuator to the cooling set point. Damper is now opening and cooling properly to satisfy the temperature set point.

Upon arrival customer has a Koehler toilet he wants installed. After choosing our platinum package. I replaced shut off valve . And installed a stainless repair flange. And installed customer supplied Koehler toilet with flex supply. 2 year warranty on labor. Material supplied by owner.
