Great service! Rigo Medina walked me through the maintenance steps and explained what was being checked and why. He listened to my questions and answered them in a professional manner. Love the fact that, before the appointment, an e-mail with a picture and a short biography of the service technician is being sent out.
I'm a very particular person when it comes to doing things right...these guys nail it every time.

Assisted rigo with maintenance
We performed the full preventative maintenance today. We replaced all filters washed coils, checked amp draws, contactor, temp splits, bearings, and all electrical components. Units are operating properly at this time.
Completed visual inspection and filter change. Replace air filters, clean washable filters, checked electrical connections, and checked unit operation. No issues found at this time.
Assisted Gary with the light pm. I checked the make up air units and gathered info to add two new make up air heaters, and 3 RTU's to the PMA. I sent the info to Chris H.
Arrived on site for comfort complaint. Checked in with Darrell. The complaint was for Will's office. The space temperature was over shooting the set point temperature. At this time temperature of the space was normal. Virfired damper and sensor operation. The damper and sensor are working normally at this time. Adjust heating and satisfied min position to 10%. It is possible that's space was heating covering when system come on setter overnight setback. This is warranty call control system was just installed. This may require a follow up call.
Checked the Northeast Engineered Air direct fired unit for no heat. Cleared the lockout alarm and called for heat from the room thermostat. Found the unit firing normal after resetting. Explained the repairs to Darren Hadl. Possibe cause for lockout was the freezing fog condition frosting the intake screen over resulting in lack of air flow.
Customer does not want to dig up in warehouse under racks at this time. They are going to run more water every week in drainline. They will call back if this doesnâ€™t work
Upon arrival the customer is having issues with the main line backing up on the northeast side bathroom in the building. Customer said they had another company out to clear the clog and camera the line. They said the line had a lot of dips in it and need to be jetted. Customer wanted a second opinion on a the line getting camera and also wanted a bid on repairs. The cleanout is in the northeast menâ€™s bathroom in the wall of the handicap stall.
Check mini split for IT room for no cooling. Found unit locked out on low ambient temperature. Cut J6 jumper for low ambient Cooling. Verify cooling operation the unit is cooling fine now. New install warranty no charge.
I found a mini split system that cools the IT room to be locked out on low pressure. Iâ€™m going to get with Dave and the install team to make it quote for removing the mini split from the roof and placing it inside the Warehouse. The wall that the head unit is mounted to is shared by the warehouse. They are willing to build a bracket for us and mount it. We will just need to take the system off the roof and hook it up inside.
The Microtech III control boards are all off. I turned them all on and ran them through the test modes. Each unit is operating as designed this time. This is a warranty call.
Assisted in pma along with changing out of filters. Systems are operating within factory specifications at this time.
Performed cpma on all units. Checked all electrical and mechanical functions and changed filters. No issues at this time.
Checked the East Engineered Air make up for the North side of the West building for no operation. Found the M-Trac controller in alarm due to shorted discharge temp sensors. Replaced the sensors. Started the unit and verified operation. Repairs were approved by Darin Hadl.
Assisted with the full pma. The engineered air units 3 of them are having issues lighting. I took a look at them but I need more time to Fully diagnose them. I will be creating a quote for additional diagnostics.
