Estimate for 85 gal 500,000 btu water boiler. Combustion air in room will need to be figured by an independent engineer to make sure all appliances are burning correctly.
Arrived to customers home October 22. Customers main concern being leaking angle stop for hot side supply to kitchen faucet. Customer chose Band-Aid level repair. Replaced CPVC angle stop with new compression angle stop quarter turn valve. Cut CPVC in basement below kitchen and stubbed up with copper using shark bite fitting to transition. Customer used $50 discount coupon Found online for repair today. Informed customer service to give customer a call to schedule furnace tuneup in roughly an hour as she was on the phone with another company. Thank you for choosing LBA have a wonderful day.
Checked in with Frank on site for the scope of work requested. Checked the Daikin EMS panel for alarms. Found no current alarms with all six Rtus on the sysytem operating normal at the setpoints and no alarms in the history. Customer advised there is a interminttent alarm of a communication error that has to be reset manually. Advised the customer that a communication error is generally caused by a loose connection in the daisy chain connections. Customer agreed to monitor the EMS for alarms and will take pictures of the alarm log if the alarm returns.
Replace Transformer on RTU 3 Trane: 192311067D. Found transformer buzzing and burnt. Unit unable to start. Turned unit off at disconnect. Replacement is need for P/N TRR00826 460-24 volt transformer.
Corner post replacement for NE and NW Carrier RTU. SN: 2808G31308, 2808631303. Install P-trap on NE carrier RTU.

Fallow up We came out to straighten up some confusion on equipment as far as paperwork and equipment labels go. We have a list provided by fastenal that has all the equipment and the label assigned to the equipment. Everything has been straightened out, we will be using their labeling system moving forward.
Customer complaint of a possible gas smell, up my arrival I found gas valve is turn off , I turn gas back on and began to leak check with soap bubbles around the gas valve , and the gas line didnâ€™t see any sign of a gas leak, went ahead and fire up the unit for about five minutes than checked again for a gas smells and leak , i canâ€™t find anything at this time, I explain everything to the customer on my finding, he said ok ,if the smell return he said will call us
