Austin Jones is a fantastic person. He's friendly, honest. Straight forward, clean and a perfectionist. You can tell he takes pride in his work! He solved my plumbing issue quickly and made suggestions to help avoid these issues in the future. I do wish your prices were more affordable. 250 to unclog a toilet is way too much $$. AC Repair: To address poor air circulation caused by a malfunctioning blower fan in an AC system, I replaced the fan. This meticulous replacement restored efficient cooling and airflow, providing the homeowner with consistent indoor comfort.
Customer stated outdoor unit was very loud and lights were flickering when unit would start. Checked all operations in cooling mode and expected the furnace filter. Checked all electrical and refrigerant components at the outdoor unit. All electrical and refrigerant components were good at this time. Installed hard start kit , line set insulation performed and extensive coil cleaning. System is operating properly.
Arrived to hvac out call. Upon arrival I spoke with the customer who showed me the location of the furnace, ac, and corresponding thermostat. I found the indoor system coming on with a call for cooling. I then made my way to the outdoor unit where the fan was coming on but not the compressor. I found the capacitor that fed additional energy to the compressor to have failed due to the high amp draw the compressor is creating during startup. With customers approval I replaced the capacitor and installed a kick start kit to help this compressor start as it has started to develop worn bearings. With the issues already happening on this 4 year old system I am having my supervisor out to find solutions for the high static pressure. System running upon departure.
Company arrive Tuesday, April 25, 2023 about a clogged toilet. Upon arrival company snaked the toilet I was able to clear obstruction. It was a yogurt container that had gotten caught in the trap of the toilet. Company was able to remove obstruction entirely and not push it further into the plumbing. Toilet is flushing without any issue upon completion of side work. Thank you for choosing LBA.

Today I completed your annual air conditioning maintenance. I tested your indoor unit. Checked temperature split, made sure drain line was flowing properly, replaced air filter. Tested all outdoor unit operation, checked capacitor tested refrigerant, checked contactor and cleaned outdoor coil. Found that voltage enhancement system was testing weak and gave customer estimates. Customer requested I replace it. After repairs Everything was operating as it should at this time. Upon arrival I performed a sewer camera inspection. Around the sewer camera through an existing toilet flange in the basement I ran approximately 15 feet and hit tree roots from 15 feet to 30 feet. Half of the affected area is under concrete slab approximately 2 feet deep and the other affected area is just outside of the home and the locator telling me it’s 4 to 5 feet.I ran the sewer camera all the way To the city Main The city main appears to be 18 to 19 feet deep. The last 15 feet before the city Maine is SDR and then clay tile all the way to the house and under slab it does not have cast-iron under slab. I recommend a high-pressure Jetter and then re-camera the affected areas . After Cameron if the papers to degraded a replacement would be necessary. I am create an estimate for the high-pressure Jetter.
