Today two unit heaters had a gas line fitting replaced. The Northeast unit heater had a 1 1/4” to 1” elbow replaced. The unit heater next to the office had a 1” to 3/4” reducer replaced. These fittings were requested to be replaced by Matt. Previously the gas to all of the building had been turned off by the gas company due to the N.E. Unit having a leak that was before the unit’s gas shut-off. Matt will be contacting spire to return and perform a pressure check on the building’s gas lines due their shut-down of the whole building. I did advise Matt how to reset the units at the breaker box and the hanging unit heater’s (3) equipment switches. Thank you, Jon Tech notes: client supplied fittings were used.
