Televised the ducts under the slab floor. The ducts appear to be concrete, potentially Transite, which may contain asbestos. Recommended encasing and sealing the ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material. This spray-on liner will encapsulate the existing ducts, providing an effective barrier against asbestos fibers and improving overall duct performance. This approach ensures both safety and enhanced air quality while maintaining the integrity of the ductwork.
