I had a call from Tevis, but there was no message. I called Tevis to find out what they had wanted. The phone tech looked at my account and said that they had called to schedule a maintaintenance appointment, but "I see you already had your maintanence completed." She said someone had not taken me off the call list after the service. This may not seem to be a major complaint, people miss stuff, but it has become a trend with companies not following through with work protocol and I shared this with the tech. In a calm manner I stated my frustration as a costomer with the extensive follow-up I have been required to do especially with service businesses. She was polite enough, but she interupted me and apologized, but they had a lot of calls to make.
