In the deep freeze of Jan 2026, like everyone, I was burning a lot of propane. I checked the tank and was at 15% so I called my propane provider. They told me they could probably get out within 2 weeks, despite the contract including them checking and filling without a call from the customer. I started looking for a new provider. I had seen Tevis trucks in the neighborhood so i gave them a call. They were happy to sign me up as a new customer, and 2 days later they showed up and filled my tank. Instant loyalty! Additionally, Tevis put a monitor on my tank and the agreement i signed requires them to come when the propane is down to a certain level. No more worries! I appreciate getting better customer service as a new Tevis customer tgan what I received after 9 years with the other company.
