I have used your service for 2 seasons. My lawn is in no better shape than before your service began. Each time you come, the tech's comments point out some new exotic weed that i never heard of and you offer to treat it for additional cost. Most recently, my neighbor arranged for you to aerate and seed both of our properties for a total cost of $1,200, which he paid in full. You still charged me over $750 and claimed that my neighbor only paid half. Last math i took, half of $1,200 is $600. however, my neighbor confirmed that he paid the whole $1,200. I think your service is a sham and I will not be continuing service.
