Today felt like a rushed visit. I’m not sure of the length of time that should be spent spraying the grass. But today’s trip was 8 minutes and it looked like some areas were missed when I reviewed my surveillance video. I did have patio furniture on the grass but we didn’t receive a call prior to service or we would have moved the lawn chairs. Also our service report says different treatments were done. Is that done in one application? We only received one application today.
