The Technician did a great job, thank you, and thank you for taking the time to speak with me. However. I am disappointed in the lack of a timely notice of Greenlawn's service date. I need to know in advance for 2 reasons: 1) I need to be sure the grass is cut and 2) I need to transfer money into the account I use to pay for this service. I received an email today at 11 am stating my service is right around the corner and the technician showed up within a half hour of that notification. 😒😏
