Luis came by my house today and did a fantastic job. He respected my family by patiently waiting while my wife wrangled in the kids and dog from the backyard so that he could treat our grass. He went above and beyond by communicating with me via text message about how he moved my kids’ and dog’s toys off the grass so that they wouldn’t be contaminated and he put in my request to be notified ahead of time to avoid these issues in the future.
