No call ahead when he was on his way. Noticed the truck in the drive and saw him treating around the garage but I don’t think he did the two fenced areas that need a smaller machine. Never knocked on the door to tell me he was at the property as all the techs do. Just threw the receipt on the front mat and didn’t even bother hanging it on the doorknob. Very disappointing customer service which is unusual for Green Lawn.
