This the second year that the fertilizer setting was off and burnt the grass in some areas. The first year the grass eventually recovered. This year the grass did not recover. It is such a small areas I decided to reseed it myself. It is recorded in the Technicians report on July 13, 2023 but nobody followed-up. The borders of my property are not obvious so the Technicians need to refer to the notes in the reports. However, it is rare that the same Technician services the property. So, I try to be home to confirm boundary lines.
