Maurice Guy was the service technician for my first visit with Green Lawn Fertilizing. He attempted to call before the visit but I could not take the call. I texted him, and he was very responsive. He asked about backyard gate access and dogs. I was away, but when I returned home a few days later, the lawn application he applied was apparent (weeds)—immediate results. Very happy with the results thus far. I had an issue with billing at first, but customer service was very responsive and immediately corrected the discrepancy. (I'll wait a season before a five-star rating, but so far so good!)
