I requested a service treatment delay as it had not rained in a month her in southeastern PA. This was not honored, and they applied the treatment a few day later when I was not home. When called, said they would repeat the treatment on a month as originally requested at no charge but then billed me the next day. And, left a paper on my door in a plastic bag when I had repeatedly requested them not to do as it advertises I am not home.
