Ran call for low/fluctuating water pressure in guest. After some investigating I discovered a whole house spin down filter that was completely packed with blacked sediment. Flushed filter out until filter housing was completely clear, the home now has a adequate water pressure. Homeowners need to start flushing this filter out once every three months or if they ever notice a water pressure drop in the home. Existing well system was installed by Appleton Campbell around 2 years ago, system is operating as it should at this time with no issues. All other plumbing in the home is working as it should at this time with no issues. Sent copy of todays invoice to homeowners email. Pressure tank air pressure- 38psi Well pump amp draw- 6.3
