Concrete break up and removal for the installation of a new tub waste and overflow, tub drain piping and connection of new piping to 4 inch cast iron piping at toilet. - This work to be done for a right hand drain tub, currently they have a left hand drain tub installed. - Concrete shall be poured back into place once work is completed. Installation of a new complete waste and overflow for 2nd floor tub. 10/28/2024 Broke up concrete floor for the installation of new tub waste line. Was unable to finish quoted work done to waste line being completely encased in concrete. This changes the scope of work. An additional estimate has been sent for the additional work that is needed to complete. Once estimate is accepted, we will return following day. Cleaned up work area and hauled off spoils.
