Additional work needed to complete bathroom tub drain line installation. - once concrete floor was removed, we found that they back filled with large boulders below the floor, which we had to break out with a jack hammer. I am unable to back fill with these large rocks and no dirt. I will need to bring in additional gravel to fully backfill the ditch so concrete can be replaced. - the sanitary sewer piping for the toilet which we were going to connect to for the tub drain is entirely encased in concrete. I am unable to salvage this piping and connection to it. This piping will need to be broken out and a new sewer line brought in from the outside. This additional work will require the removal of a bush on the left side of the home, hand digging to expose the existing sanitary sewer, removal of sanitary sewer going into the house for the toilet and a new PVC sanitary sewer installed for toilet and tub. --- This estimate is for the additional work involved to finish the tub drain inst
