Performed whole home PMA inspection, majority of the plumbing is the home is working as it should with no issues. Pop up assembly for upstairs hallway bathroom needs to be replaced, utility sink faucet needs to be replaced and the kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. Installed new pop up assembly in upstairs hallway bathroom and customer kitchen faucet. Both items are working as they should at this time with no issues. Vamac in Warrenton did not have a Moen utility faucet in stock, will return to install the faucet once we receive it. Emailed copy of invoice and estimates to homeowners email. Water pressure- 65 psi
