Ran call for possible leak at master at bathroom toilet. Toilet supply line connection at the the angle stop was very very loose, tightened up the connection and leak went away. Master bathroom toilet is now operating as it should at this time with no issues. Performed free whole home inspection while I was onsite. Water pressure in the home is 100 psi, code is between 60-80 psi. Code also requires every home that’s being supplied by city water to have a pressure reducing valve to reduce the incoming water pressure from the city. Highly recommend that we return to install a 3/4” pressure reducing valve in the home. Sent copy of todays invoice and other plumbing recommendation to homeowners email. Applied 10% senior citizens discount to all estimates.
