Drywall removal for removal of existing poly B piping and installation of new PEX piping. New piping shall be for (1) toilet, (1) vanity faucet, (1) water heater, (1) bar sink faucet and (1) tub / shower valve. New shower valve is included with chrome trim. All fixtures to remain. We shall include a new water heater expansion tank as well. New 1/4 turn isolation valves for the bar sink, vanity sink and toilet.
