Meter is located in the basement of the home, and leak is currently active behind the meter Without a shutoff before the leak I am unable to test this waterline to rule out if the pipe is leaking or if the sleeve in the foundation is allowing water to leak through the wall County water authority will need to shut down the water at another location I am unable to access, shutting this off will rule out possibilities of a line leak or foundation leak Should water authority find the line is leaking before the meter it may potentially be repaired by the county.
