Spoke with Paul about turning a half bath into a full bath by adding a shower. Will send over 2 estimates (1) with just adding one shower to existing bathroom layout and the 2nd with moving toilet and vanity and also a shower. Our estimate will be for only plumbing. Shower estimate will be for installing a shower drain for a mud pan / tiled floor. Pulled and reset toilet to see elevation of existing sanitary sewer. Currently sewer is about 1/2” below floor. Sanitary sewer does travel towards the front of the house which is good. Moving of fixtures and or adding just a shower is doable. Estimate will be sent over by email by end of day. Included with the estimates emailed over will be capping off a gas line on exterior of home.
